CONTRACT <br />ANNUAL CURB & GUTTER FOR STREET RESURFACING PROJECT <br />PROJECT NO. 24509 <br />THIS CONTRACT is made and entered into this 20th day of February , 2024 by <br />and between Villalobos & Associates , Inc., ("Contractor"), whose address is 645 Rucker <br />Ave , Gilroy , CA 95020 , and telephone number is (408) 426-1274 and the CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON , a municipal corporation ("City"). <br />W I T N E S S E T H: <br />WHEREAS , the City has awarded to the Contractor a contract for ANNUAL <br />CURB & GUTTER FOR STREET RESURFACING PROJECT, PROJECT NO. <br />24509, <br />NOW , THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises set forth herein , <br />the parties agree as follows: <br />Work to be Performed. The work will generally consist of: <br />The project replaces concrete in preparation for the City 's annual resurfacing <br />program and will consist of, but is not limited to , 41 pedestrian ramps, 11 <br />pedestrian refuge/passageway islands , approximately 9,700 square feet of <br />sidewalk and driveways , approximately 1,400 linear feet of curb and gutter, 90 <br />linear feet of valley gutter, installation of 2 glue-down ADA domes , and grinding <br />the curb lip flush as well as associated work. <br />Additionally , the work will consist of but is not limited to , all work associated <br />with the removal and replacement of valley gutter including excavation of <br />existing roadway , traffic control , and roadway restoration , complete in-place , in <br />conformance with the plans and specifications, and all within the city of <br />Pleasanton. <br />Said work is more particularly shown in the following documents which are on <br />file with the Public Works Department, Engineering Division of the City and are <br />incorporated herein by this reference: <br />A. Approved Plans and Specifications entitled the ANNUAL CURB <br />& GUTTER FOR STREET RESURFACING PROJECT, <br />PROJECT NO. 24509, and addenda thereto , if any. <br />B. Contract Change Orders approved by the City Engineer, done in <br />accordance with the Standard Specifications. <br />C.
