<br />D-TAC K9 will provide expert testimony free of charge as part of these services <br />excluding travel or per diem expenses. <br /> <br />D-TAC K9 agrees to train within the policy and guidelines set forth by the <br />Pleasanton Police Department. <br /> <br />D-TAC K9 will offer a basic handler course at least three times per year. These <br />classes will include patrol and detection, and they consist forty hours per week for <br />six weeks. <br /> <br />D-TAC K-9 will furnish the dog training equipment that is necessary in the training <br />process such as bite suits, bite sleeves, hidden sleeves, and transitional bite <br />equipment. <br /> <br />For the maintenance training services listed above, the city of Pleasanton will <br />compensate D-TAC K9 the sum of $425 per month per K-9 team. The fee for a basic <br />patrol handler class will be $7500 her handler/dog team.
