IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON STATE OF CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 3 68 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 22.104, ARTICLE 22, ORDINANCE NO. 309, as amended, THE ZONING ORDINANCE The City Council of the City of Pleasanton does hereby ordain as follows: SECTION 1. AMENDMENT. Section 22.104, Article 22, Ordinance No. 309, as amended, is hereby further amended to read as follows: "Notice of the time and place of the hearing shall be given by at least one (1) publication in a newspaper of general circulation in the City of Pleasanton at least ten (10) days prior to said public hearing, or by mailed notice to all owners of property wlYhin three hundred (300) feet of the property proposed to be rezoned to the address shown on the latest assessment roll, or otherwise known to the Clerk.~ SECTION 2. REPEAL. All ordinances and parts of ordinances of the City of Pleasanton in conflict with this ordinance to the extent of such conflict and no further are hereby repealed. SECTION 3. VALIDITY. If any section, subsection, sentence, clause or phrase of this ordinance is for any reason held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, such a decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this ordinance. The City Council of the City of Pleasanton hereby declares that it would have passed this ordinance and each section, subsection, sentence, clause and phrase thereof, irrespective of the fact that any one or more sections, subsections, sentences, clauses or phrases be declared invalid.
