Recommendation: Adopt Resolution No. 2024-002 authorizing the City Manager to sign and file a Financial Assistance Application for a financing agreement from the SWRCB for the planning, design, and construction of CIP No. 24174 —Water Supply Alternative (Wells 9 and 10) Project and related authorization. 8. Accept public improvements performed by Paulson Cox Construction, Inc. for the Augustin Bernal Mountain Bike Trail Project, CIP No. 20771 Recommendation: 1. Accept the project as complete and authorize the City Clerk to file a Notice of Completion. 2. Authorize release of the retention in the amount of$10,931 to Paulson Cox Construction, Inc. 30 days after the recordation of the Notice of Completion. 3. Authorize the return of the project's balance of$120,866 to General Trail Improvements and Development, CIP No. 01737 (Fund 222). 9. Accept public improvements performed by Golden Bay Construction, Inc. for the Val Vista Underdrain Improvements Project, CIP No. 21457 Recommendation.- 1. ecommendation:1.
