Luera <br />Operations and maintenance manager public works <br />department <br />JOB NAME:Installation of new backup generator <br />ADDRESS: 3333 Busch Road, <br />CITY/STATE/ZIP: Pleasanton, California <br />PHONE: Phone number925-931-5503, cell 925-404-4200 <br />We hereby submit specifications and estimate for: Installation of new backup generator located at the operation service center 3333 <br />Bush Rd., Pleasanton, CA provided to us via email dated January 24 2024 list of work included in our proposal. Based upon quote <br />request received Monday January 22 2024 provided via email from Dave R Luera. <br />1)Unloading of new equipment once onsite. <br />2)Securing new equipment to existing generator pad. <br />3)Main wiring install <br />4)Connection of new generator to existing transfer switch in switchgear. <br />5)Providing backup power during power shutdown necessary to connect generator to electrical switchgear. <br />We hereby propose to furnish labor and materials complete in accordance with the above specifications to GRC Electric ($97,239.00) <br />initial payment of 15% due upon signing up contract with a final Payment due upon completion of work. <br />Notes and Assumptions: <br />1.All work needs to be performed during normal business hours. <br />2.Assumes existing electrical service contains sufficient amp capacity and capacity for new loads. <br />3.General Contractor to provide clears working areas. <br />4.Assumes standard lead times and deliveries schedules of all materials required. <br />5.Additional work subject to standard labor rates and materials handling charges. <br />6.Price is in accordance to information provided. Any and all changes will be treated as separate work and will be billed as so. <br />Exclusions: <br />1.All fees and permits. <br />2.Electrical design and Title 24 documentation. <br />3.Any and all electrical connections to new replacement generator. <br />4., patching, painting and trenching of existing surfaces. <br />5.The instillation and maintenance of any temporary utilities. <br />6.All low voltage wiring including data communication lines and terminations, television, intrusion, fire alarm, and any control work beyond providing equipment hook up of <br />main power. <br />7.All above and below ground utility connections. <br />All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a workmanlike manner according to standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above <br />specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. All agreements contingent upon <br />strikes, accident or delays beyond our control.
