Library Commission Meeting Minutes Page 1 February 1, 2024 <br />Library Commission <br />Regular Meeting Minutes <br />February 1, 2024 – 7:00 p.m. <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />Chair Sabatini called to order the regular meeting of the Library Commission at the hour of 7:01 <br />p.m. from the City Council Chamber at 200 Old Bernal Ave, Pleasanton, California. <br />ROLL CALL <br />Present: Commissioners Emerson, Murphy, Dhillon, Kimsey, Chair Sabatini <br />Absent: Commissioner Rai <br />AGENDA AMENDMENTS <br />None from staff. <br />MINUTES <br />1.Approve regular meeting minutes of January 4, 2024. <br />MOTION: It was m/s by Emerson/Dhillon to approve the special meeting minutes of <br />January 4, 2024 <br />The motion passed by the following vote: <br />Ayes: Chair Sabatini, Commissioners Emerson, Murphy, Dhillon, Kimsey <br />Noes: None <br />Absent: Commissioner Rai <br />MEETING OPEN TO THE PUBLIC <br />2.Introductions / Awards / Recognitions / Presentations <br />Lia Bushong, Assistant Director of Library and Recreation, provided a presentation on <br />Spring Library Programs.
