EXHIBIT A <br /> STATEMENT OF WORK & BUDGET <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COMMUNITY GRANT <br /> CONTRACT AGREEMENT <br /> City of Pleasanton <br /> AND <br /> East Bay Musical Society <br /> July 1, 2023, through June 30, 2024 <br /> The project to be undertaken by East Bay Musical Society <br /> is: <br /> Broadway Chorus <br /> EBMS strives to not only be a place where singers of ALL skill levels and ages are <br /> welcomed and appreciated, but to be a beacon of the community bringing together <br /> people interested in learning new music, engaging with other members of the <br /> community, all while providing an uplifting activity in which members can express their <br /> joy for singing and music! <br /> The project shall conform substantially to the statement of work described above. <br /> [However, the indicator and number of unduplicated residents noted in the application <br /> may be adjusted proportionately to reflect a reduction in funding between the amount <br /> requested and the amount approved.] Any requests to modify the scope of the project <br /> shall be submitted to the City of Pleasanton's Community Grant administrator in the <br /> form of the included addendum. Requests shall be processed as follows: <br /> a) If the proposed change is in substantial conformance with the original project scope <br /> as determined by the City's Community Grant program administrator, the change may <br /> be approved by City staff. <br /> b) If the proposed change is in partial conformance with the original project scope as <br /> determined by the City's Community Grant program administrator, the change will be <br /> submitted for review and approval by the City's Civic Arts Commission or Youth <br /> Commission. <br />
