EXHIBIT A STATEMENT OF WORK & BUDGET CITY OF PLEASANTON COMMUNITY GRANT CONTRACT AGREEMENT City of Pleasanton AND East Bay Musical Society July 1, 2023, through June 30, 2024 The project to be undertaken by East Bay Musical Society is: Broadway Chorus EBMS strives to not only be a place where singers of ALL skill levels and ages are welcomed and appreciated, but to be a beacon of the community bringing together people interested in learning new music, engaging with other members of the community, all while providing an uplifting activity in which members can express their joy for singing and music! The project shall conform substantially to the statement of work described above. [However, the indicator and number of unduplicated residents noted in the application may be adjusted proportionately to reflect a reduction in funding between the amount requested and the amount approved.] Any requests to modify the scope of the project shall be submitted to the City of Pleasanton's Community Grant administrator in the form of the included addendum. Requests shall be processed as follows: a) If the proposed change is in substantial conformance with the original project scope as determined by the City's Community Grant program administrator, the change may be approved by City staff. b) If the proposed change is in partial conformance with the original project scope as determined by the City's Community Grant program administrator, the change will be submitted for review and approval by the City's Civic Arts Commission or Youth Commission.
