Public comment from the audience regarding items not listed on the agenda. <br /> <br />Chair Powers opened public comment. There being no speakers Chair Powers closed the <br />public comment. <br /> <br /> <br />MATTERS FOR THE COMMISSION’S REVIEW/ACTION/INFORMATION <br /> <br />4. Discuss Evaluation Process and Meeting Format for Fiscal Year 2024/25 Housing <br />and Human Services Grant Program Review <br /> <br />Jay Ingram, Recreation Manager, presented the item and answered questions from <br />commissioners. Commissioners have asked for the following grantees to present at the <br />March 6, 2024 meeting: <br /> <br /> Axis Community Health <br /> Hively <br /> One Nation Dream Makers <br /> Open Heart Kitchen <br /> Partners for Change Tri-Valley <br /> Tri-Valley Haven (Shelter Rebuild.) <br /> <br /> <br />5. Select Commission Representatives to Attend Local Human Services Related <br />Meetings <br /> <br />Jay Ingram, Recreation Manager, presented the item and answered questions from <br />commissioners. <br /> <br />MOTION: It was m/s by Powers/Cook that Commissioner Cook be the primary <br />representative for Pleasanton Rides Task Force, Vice Chair Litz be the alternate, <br />Commissioner Cook be the primary representative for the Tri-Valley Nonprofit Alliance, <br />Chair Bedegi be the alternate, Commissioner Rubino Brumm be the primary <br />representative to the CityServe of the Tri-Valley meetings, and Commissioner Powers be <br />the alternate. <br /> <br />Motion passed by the following vote: <br /> <br />Ayes: Commissioners Bedegi, Carlucci, Cook, Dmitriev, Hayes, Litz, Rubino-Brumm, <br />Chair Powers <br />Noes: None
