RESOLUTION NO. 2024-007 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> ACCEPTING THE FY 2023/24 MID-YEAR BUDGET REPORT AND APPROVING THE <br /> FY 2023/24 BUDGET AMENDMENTS <br /> WHEREAS, staff periodically presents to the City Council reports regarding the financial <br /> condition of the City along with any recommendations for budget amendments and technical <br /> corrective actions needed; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council adopted the FY 2023/24 Budget ("Budget") on June 6, 2023; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, staff prepared Mid-Year Budget update that includes recommended <br /> amendments to the Budget. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br /> RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER THE FOLLOWING: <br /> SECTION 1. Allocate the $7,710 General Fund surplus to the Unrestricted General Fund <br /> Reserve. <br /> SECTION 2. Amends the Budget as outlined in Exhibit A. <br /> PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton at <br /> a regular meeting held on February 20, 2024. <br /> I, Jocelyn Kwong, City Clerk of the City of Pleasanton, California, certify that the foregoing <br /> resolution was adopted by the City Council at a regular meeting held on February 20, 2024, by <br /> the following vote: <br /> Ayes: Councilmembers Arkin, Balch, Nibert, Testa, Mayor Brown <br /> Noes: None <br /> Absent: None <br /> Abstain: None <br /> Joe n Kw ng, ty Clerk <br /> APP VE O FORM: <br /> Daniel G.
