Six agencies submitted one application each, the
Pacific Chamber Orchestra submitted three applications and the Pleasanton Cultural
Arts Council submitted two applications. The available funding totals $40,000. The
evaluation process for the FY 2024/25 Community Grant Program includes an
assessment by commissioners of each application received using ZoomGrants. Staff
have also reviewed the applications and provided a recommendation in this report.

Data was collected from ZoomGrants regarding the Civic Arts Commission’s tentative
“Votes” and “Average Recommended Funding.” The commission may choose to use
this data as a starting point for discussion towards providing its final funding
recommendation.

Staff has provided a recommendation for funding, totaling $40,000.
