Review and Provide Recommendation to City Council for an Affordable Housing <br />Agreement with City Ventures for the Harmony Condominium Project <br /> <br />Recommendation: Review and Recommend the Affordable Housing Agreement with City Ventures for <br />the Harmony Condominium Project to City Council. <br /> <br />Emily Carroll, Associate Planner, presented the item and answered questions from commissioners. <br /> <br />Chair Fischer opened the item for public comment. Public comments were received by: Luke Morris, <br />applicant. <br /> <br />Chair Fischer closed the public comment. <br /> <br />Motion: It was m/s by Renton/Schempp to approve the Affordable Housing Agreement with City <br />Ventures for the Harmony Condominium Project to City Council.
