SECTION 2. The Council of the City of Pleasanton does <br />hereby approve the annexation of the territory hereafter <br />described to the City of Pleasanton, and does hereby further <br />ordain that the said territory be and is hereby annexed to the <br />City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> SECTION 3. Said territory, the annexation to the City of <br />Pleasanton hereby approved, is all that territory situated in <br />the Township of Pleasanton, County of Alameda, State of <br />California, more particularly described as follows: <br /> <br /> (SEE EXHIBIT "A" ATTACHED HERETO AND MADE <br /> A PART HEREOF) <br /> <br /> SECTION 4o As an interim measure and as a holding zone for <br />a period of ninety (90) days after the completion of these <br />annexation proceedings, including the filing of certified copy <br />of this ordinance with the Secretary of State of California, the <br />City Council does hereby classify and zone said territory de- <br />scribed as follows: <br /> <br /> Zoning District A (Agricultural), Pursuant to <br /> Ordinance No. 309, as amended <br /> <br /> SECTION 5. The City Clerk and City Officers shall perform <br />all acts necessary to complete this annexation. <br /> <br /> INTRODUCED at a regular meeting on June 10, 1963, by <br />Councilman Cairo. <br /> <br /> ADOPTED: This December 13, 1965, by the following vote: <br /> AYES: Councilmen Bubics, Gerton, Harding, McWilliams & Long <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> JOHN B.
