Recommend City Council approve a multi-year agreement with Lifetime Tennis, Inc. MOTION: It was motioned by Deckert to recommend the City Council approve the contract with Lifetime Activities for bocce services, reducing the contract to three years, with no additional administrative extensions. The motion failed for lack of a second. MOTION: It was m/s by Vickers/Immadi for people involved in playing to have a lockbox, be trained to maintain the courts properly, manage the league themselves, and then on a monthly basis have City staff come through to maintain the courts.
