Resolution No. 2024-001 <br /> Page 2 of 2 <br /> Court) as accepted by the City Clerk and as described in detail in the Quitclaim of <br /> Easement and Grant of Public Service and Emergency Vehicle Access Easements <br /> to be recorded together with this Resolution. <br /> • This Resolution is prima facie evidence that the Public Service and Access <br /> Easements are superseded by relocation or determined to be excess. <br /> • That from and after the date this Resolution is recorded, the vacated Public Service <br /> and Access Easements no longer constitute a street, highway, or public service <br /> easement. <br /> • That all entities having any right, title, or interest in the Public Service Easement <br /> being vacated have been notified of this action. <br /> SECTION 2. The City Manager shall execute the Quitclaim of Easement and Grant of <br /> Public Service and Emergency Vehicle Access Easements as authorized by City Council <br /> Resolution No. 89-31. <br /> SECTION 3.
