Describe any significant actions taken during the reporting period. <br />Report 1 <br />During the reporting period, we have completed steps 1-6 as outlined in our application: <br />1. The GGI has worked with Local Leaders clubs at Amador and Foothill to identify the new cohort of <br />students for the 2023-2024 school year. <br />2. GGI has held regular meetings with officers throughout the summer and start of the school year, training <br />them in project management, leadership skills, water conservation, waste management, and local public <br />policy. <br />3. Local Leaders have met with management of the City of Pleasanton to begin planning in-school and out- <br />of-school outreach for Pleasanton youth, which advance the objective's of Pleasanton's Climate Action Plan. <br />4. GGI has supported Local Leaders at both schools to launch their clubs at the start of the school year, <br />recruit new members, host productive meetings, and plan and manage their projects. <br />5. GGI staff has met with Local Leaders on a weekly basis throughout the school year to coach students and <br />help them prepare to visit schools and host events in the community, including by arranging meetings with <br />subject matter experts, coordinating with the City of Pleasanton, and providing logistical support. <br />6. GGI has guided students through coordinating with City staff, school staff and administrators, their <br />District leadership, members of the press, and the public as they plan their events. <br />If applicable, describe any modifications to the project goals, timelines, etc., and reason(s) for change. If <br />you have not submitted invoices due to project delays, please provide details here. <br />Report 1 <br />There are no modifications to the program at this time. <br />Were any costs incurred for this project (from any source) during this reporting period? <br /> Yes <br /> No <br />Were any Pleasanton grant funds expended for this project during this reporting period? If yes, have you <br />submitted invoices yet and if so in what amount? If no, please explain why no funds have been expended to <br />date. <br />Report 1 <br />Yes, a portion of the funds awarded by this grant have been expended at this time. The Go Green Initiative <br />has submitted an invoice for program management expenses as outlined in the grant application. <br />Please indicate how participant data are reported for this project (please keep consistent for question 11 <br />and with your original application):
