Youth Commission Meeting Minutes Page 1 November 8, 2023 <br />Youth Commission <br />Regular Meeting <br />Minutes <br />November 8, 2023 – 7 p.m. <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />Chair Shah called to order the regular meeting of the Youth Commission at 7:05 p.m. from the <br />Senior Center Classroom, 5353 Sunol Blvd. <br />Chair Shah led the Pledge of Allegiance and provided opening remarks. <br />ROLL CALL <br />Present: Commissioners Kunde, Lam, Madabhavi, Min, Parikh, Prakash, Saxena, Shah, <br />Shannon, Sriram, and Chair Shah <br />Absent: Commissioners Chew, McGovern <br />AGENDA AMENDMENTS <br />Liaison Thomas asked to add Outreach Committee to the Commission Reports Section <br />MINUTES <br />1.Approve regular meeting minutes of September 13, 2023. <br />MOTION: It was m/s by Shannon/Parikh to approve the regular meeting minutes of <br />September 13, 2023. Motion was passed by the following vote: <br />Ayes: Commissioners Kunde, Lam, Madabhavi, Min, Parikh, Prakash, Saxena, <br />Shah, Shannon, Sriram and chair Shah. <br />Noes: None <br />Absent: Commissioners Chew, McGovern <br />MEETING OPEN TO THE PUBLIC <br />2.Public Comment from the audience regarding items not listed on the agenda.
