Fire <br /> 5. Adopt a resolution to accept a Traffic Records Improvement Project Grant for $39,100 from the <br /> State of California Office of Traffic Safety <br /> Recommendation: Waive the full reading and adopt Resolution No. 23-1419 accepting the Traffic <br /> Records Improvement Project grant award for $39,100 from the State of California OTS and <br /> authorize the City Manager to execute all documents, and appropriate $39,100 to project 24802 in <br /> the Operations Grant Fund in Fiscal Year 2023/24. <br /> 8. Adopt a resolution to accept an Officer Wellness and Mental Health Grant Program award from <br /> the California Board of State and Community Corrections in the amount of$54,762 <br /> Recommendation: Waive the full reading and adopt Resolution No. 23-1420 accepting an Officer <br /> Wellness and Mental Health Grant Program award from the California Board of State and <br /> Community Corrections in the amount of$54,762 <br /> 9. Adopt a resolution to accept a Selective Traffic Enforcement Program Grant award of$50,000 <br /> from the State of California Office of Traffic Safety <br /> Recommendation: Waive the full reading and adopt Resolution No. 23-1421 accepting a <br /> Selective Traffic Enforcement Program Grant award of$50,000 from the State of California Office <br /> of Traffic Safety <br /> Public Works <br /> 10.
