<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />MEMORANDUM <br /> <br />Date: December 19, 2023 <br /> <br />To: Mayor and City Council <br /> <br />From: Gerry Beaudin, City Manager <br />Mike Tassano, Deputy Director of Community Development, Transportation <br /> <br />Subject: December 19, 2023, Agenda Item 8: Acceptance of parcel transfer to Caltrans <br />for the original construction of the I-680 and Stoneridge Drive Interchange <br />(constructed 1989), CIP 16506, correction and supplemental materials <br /> <br />Following the publication of the City Council’s December 19, 2023, agenda, staff noted an error <br />in which the total number of parcels that have been transferred as part of this project were <br />misidentified. The total number of parcels transferred is six, not five as identified in the <br />December 19, 2023 staff report. <br /> <br />In 2021 the City Council reviewed and approved the right-of-way transfers for these parcels. The <br />staff report from June 1, 2021 <br />(https://weblink.cityofpleasantonca.gov/weblink/0/doc/294345/Page1.aspx) <br />correctly identifies the total number of parcels as six. The attached maps illustrate the location of <br />the six parcels that have been transferred to Caltrans. The parcels transferred to Caltrans are <br />located under the existing on and off-ramps and are shaded on the maps. The maps have <br />numerous shades because there are several parts to each parcel. The maps also include several <br />red-lined notes from the Right-of-Way Agent indicating areas of the parcels that were previously <br />transferred and therefore not a part of the more recent transfer. <br /> <br />Parcel List <br />1. Parcel 49263-1 <br /> <br />The properties now have clear titles, the necessary exhibits for the properties have been <br />prepared (Attachment A) and execution by Caltrans has been completed.
