<br />PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-97-34 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION OF THE <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON FOR DESIGN REVIEW APPROVAL, AS FILED UNDER <br />CASE Z-97-50 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Pleasant on has applied for design review approval for the installation <br />of an approximately 2,880 square foot office modular adjacent to City Hall <br />located at 200 Old Bernal Avenue; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is Public and Institutional ("P"), Downtown <br />Revitalization, Civic Overlay Districts; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its duly noticed public hearing of April 9, 1997, the Planning Commission, <br />considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits, and recommendations of the <br />City staff concerning this application; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, projects of this nature are categorically exempt from the requirements of the <br />California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA); therefore, no environmental <br />document was prepared for this project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that the proposed modular, as conditioned, <br />would be compatible with the Civic Center building and in conformance with the <br />design requirements for Downtown and the Civic Overlay District. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Sectj on 1 <br /> <br />Recommends approval of Case Z-97-50, the application of the City of Pleasant on <br />for design review approval for the installation of an approximately 2,880 square <br />foot office modular adjacent to City Hall located at 200 Old Bernal Avenue, <br />subject to the conditions shown in Exhibit "B," attached hereto and made part of <br />this case by reference. <br /> <br />Section 2 <br /> <br />This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />I I <br />
