<br />PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-97-33 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF PARKWAY PROPERTIES, <br />INe., FOR DESIGN REVIEW APPROVAL, AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-80-2-l4D <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Parkway Properties, Inc. has applied for design review approval to allow <br />construction of two, three-story office buildings totaling 220,000 square feet on an <br />approximately l2.2-acre site in the Bernal Corporate Park located at 6700 and <br />6800 Koll Center Parkway; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) - I/C-O <br />(Industrial/Commercial-Office) District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its duly noticed public hearing of April 9, 1997, the Planning Commission, <br />considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits, and recommendations ofthe <br />City staff concerning this application; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposed project is within the scope of the Environmental Impact Report <br />prepared in conjunction with the PUD rezoning and development plan approval <br />for the Bernal Corporate Park, therefore, no environmental document was <br />prepared for this project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that the proposed project generally meets or <br />exceeds all applicable requirements of the design guidelines established for the <br />Bernal Corporate Park. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. <br /> <br />Approves Case PUD-80-2-l4D, the application of Parkway Properties, Inc. for <br />design review approval to allow construction of two, three-story office buildings <br />totaling 220,000 square feet on an approximately l2.2-acre site in the Bernal <br />Corporate Park located at 6776 and 6860 Koll Center Parkway, subject to the <br />conditions shown in Exhibit "B," attached hereto and made part of this case by <br />reference. <br /> <br />Section 2. <br /> <br />This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage and adoption <br />unless appealed prior to that time. <br />
