Inclusion of disposal costs for the generator and fuel tank in your estimate. <br /> <br />We kindly request that you provide a line-item breakdown for each element of the scope of work in <br />your estimate. All costs, including equipment, labor, materials, rental, disposal, and taxes, should be <br />encompassed in the final quote. <br />Upon the selection of the General Contractor, an updated Certificate of Insurance with the City of <br />Pleasanton named as an additional insurer and the supporting endorsement letter will be required. <br />Please note that all workers employed on public works projects must be paid the prevailing wage <br />determined by the Director of the Department of Industrial Relations. <br />We also welcome and encourage a site visit, which can be scheduled with Steve Castaneda, cc'd on <br />this email. <br />Your timely response to this request is highly appreciated.
