<br />PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-97-32 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION CLARIFYING THE STATUS OF THE PLEASANTON <br />MOBILEHOME PARK LOCATED AT 4202 STANLEY BOULEVARD <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Jerry Wagner has applied for a conditional use permit to add an additional <br />mobilehome space (Space l2A) in the Pleasanton Mobilehome Park located at <br />4202 Stanley Boulevard; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is C-F (Freeway Commercial) District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its duly noticed public hearing of April 9, 1997, the Planning Commission, <br />considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits, and recommendations of the <br />City staff concerning this application; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that the appropriate findings for the <br />expansion to 33 spaces could not be made; and, therefore, denied Case UP-96-45; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission clarified the status of the mobile home park as a <br />pre-existing, non-conforming use with the recognition of Space 12A as one of the <br />32 legal spaces as long as another, vacant space is removed as a legal space. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. <br /> <br />Clarifies the status of the Pleasanton Mobilehome Park as a pre-existing, <br />non-conforming use with the recognition of Space 12A as one of the 32 legal <br />spaces as long as another, vacant space is removed as a legal space, subject to the <br />Exhibits "B" and "C," attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. <br /> <br />Section 2. <br /> <br />This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage and adoption <br />unless appealed prior to that time. <br />
