Box 520 <br />Pleasanton, CA 94566 <br />Subject: Proposal to Prepare California Environmental Quality Act Documentation and <br />Peer Review Support for the Merritt Property Project <br />Dear Mr. Luchini: <br />FCS International, Inc., doing business as FirstCarbon Solutions (FCS), is pleased to submit this <br />Scope of Work, schedule, and fee for the preparation of an Initial Study/Consistency Checklist <br />(IS/Consistency Checklist) for the proposed Merritt Property (proposed project), located at <br />4141 Foothill Boulevard, City of Pleasanton (City), California. <br />FCS has been providing environmental consulting services for more than 40 years to public <br />and private sector clients throughout Northern California, including for the City. We recently <br />prepared the Section 15183/15164 Addendum for the Stoneridge Mall Residential Project <br />(PUD-136), the IS/Consistency Checklist for the Spotorno Ranch 22-unit Development <br />Addendum, and are preparing the Section 15183 Consistency Checklist for the Harmony <br />Condominiums Project in the City. <br />FCS prides itself not only on the quality of our technical work, but also on our highly <br />responsive and proactive problem-solving approach. To that end, we will ensure a defensible <br />and legally adequate environmental document for this project.
