<br />PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-97-3l <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DENYING THE APPLICATION OF JERRY WAGNER FOR A <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO ADD AN ADDITIONAL MOBILEHOME SPACE <br />IN THE PLEASANTON MOBILEHOME PARK, AS FILED UNDER CASE UP-96-45 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Jerry Wagner has applied for a conditional use permit to add an additional <br />mobilehome space (Space 12A) in the Pleasanton Mobilehome Park located at <br />4202 Stanley Boulevard; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is C-F (Freeway Commercial) District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its duly noticed public hearing of April 9, 1997, the Planning Commission, <br />considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits, and recommendations of the <br />City staff concerning this application; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, projects of this nature are categorically exempt from the requirements of the <br />California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA); therefore, no environmental <br />document was prepared for this project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that the appropriate findings for the <br />expansion to 33 spaces could not be made. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. <br /> <br />Denies Case UP-96-45, the application of Jerry Wagner for a conditional use <br />permit to add an additional mobilehome space (Space l2A) in the Pleasanton <br />Mobilehome Park located at 4202 Stanley Boulevard. <br /> <br />Section 2. <br /> <br />This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage and adoption <br />unless appealed prior to that time. <br />
