IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 363 <br /> <br />ZONING UNIT NO. 15, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 309 <br />(ZONING ORDINANCE) and "ZONING MAP;' OF SAID <br />ORD INANC E <br /> <br /> The City Council of the City of Pleasanton does hereby <br />ordain as follows: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1. The "Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton, <br />dated April 18, 19607' as adopted in Section 3.3 of Ordinance <br />309, designating and dividing the City of Pleasanton into zoning <br />districts, is hereby amended as follows: <br /> <br /> Zoning Unit No. 15, as shown on map dated May 13, 1963, <br />on file with the City Clerk, a copy of which is attached hereto <br />as Exhibit A, and made a part hereof, shall designate the land <br />use and zoning district of said territory. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2. Said territory and zone classification, as <br />amended, is further described as follows: <br /> <br />RG-15, Residential Garden Apartments; the area bounded <br />by Bernal Avenue, Harrison Avenue, West Angela Street, <br />and the Western Pacific Railroad right-of-way. <br /> <br /> INTRODUCED AND READ at a regular meeting of the City Counci <br />on Monday, May 20, 1963. <br /> <br /> READ AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Council of <br />the City of Pleasanton, held on ~/~,~g ~w~ /~ , <br />by the following vote: <br /> <br />AYES: CO~INCILMEN B!;R~CF, WARDING, LONG AND MAYOR McW~LLItM,~ <br /> <br />NOES: NONE <br /> <br />ABSENT: <br /> <br />COUNCI IiMAN CATRO <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />HELEN" WOODWARD, City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
