<br />PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-97-28 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DIRECTING THAT THE PLANNING COMMISSION'S <br />RESOLUTION REGARDING GROWTH MANAGEMENT BE <br />FORWARDED TO THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of February 12, 1997, the Planning Commission adopted a <br />resolution stating the Commission's desire that the City Council address <br />the issue of Growth Management in such a way to ensure that the City <br />shall have a more orderly progression to buildout; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of March 26,1997, staff placed an item on the Planning <br />Commission's agenda asking for clarification as to whether the Council's <br />action at its March 18, 1997, meeting was responsive to the Planning <br />Commission's request; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission directed that the Planning Commission's <br />resolution regarding Growth Management (Resolution No. PC-97-l9) as <br />adopted at its meeting of February 12, 1997, be forwarded to the City <br />Council. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. <br /> <br />Directs that the Planning Commission's resolution regarding Growth Management <br />(Resolution No. PC-97-l9) as adopted at its meeting of February 12, 1997, be <br />forwarded to the City Council. <br /> <br />Section 2. <br /> <br />This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br />
