RESOLUTION NO. 23-1432 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> AUTHORIZING STAFF TO ACCEPT THE PACIFIC LIBRARY PARTNERSHIP GRANT <br /> FOR MEMORY KITS FOR ADULTS AND THEIR CAREGIVERS FOR FISCAL YEAR <br /> 2023/24 <br /> WHEREAS, the Pacific Library Partnership supports member public libraries in the Bay <br /> Area, bringing value to libraries through programs such as the Innovation and Technology <br /> Opportunity Grants; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Pleasanton Public Library's Memory Kits for Adults and their Caregivers <br /> application was selected for grant funding, which will be used to enhance services to senior <br /> adults in the Pleasanton community. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br /> RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER THE FOLLOWING: <br /> SECTION 1. Authorizes the City Manager to accept the Pacific Library Partnership <br /> grant funds in the amount of $11,915 as referenced in Exhibit A, and execute all necessary <br /> documents required by the grant program. <br /> SECTION 2.
