Currently there is no limit and often multir <br /> blowers are being used on locations without any trees or leaves. <br /> Blowers are also used on sidewalks and roads. It is difficult to enjc <br /> our community as a pedestrian or cyclist without being subjected t <br /> this harm and disturbance. It is a quality of life issue. It is an equit <br /> issue as walkers and cyclists have a right to use and enjoy <br /> neighborhoods without the harmful noise and exhaust. <br />
