<br />PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-97-26 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF CM+ CORPORATION FOR <br />DESIGN REVIEW APPROVAL, AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-80-16-l6D <br /> <br />WHEREAS, CM+ Corporation has applied for design review approval to construct an <br />approximately 34,360 square foot, two-story building located at 5200 Franklin <br />Drive in the Center Park Business Park; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD - I/C-O (Planned Unit Development - <br />Industrial/Commercial and Office) District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of March 12, 1997, the Planning Commission <br />considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits, and recommendations of the <br />City staff concerning this application; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposed project is covered by the existing Negative Declaration previously <br />approved by the City Council for PUD-80-16; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that the proposed project is attractive and <br />well designed, and fulfills the requirements ofthe PUD Development Plan for the <br />property . <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section I. <br /> <br />Approves Case PUD-80-16-16D, the application of CM+ Corporation, for design <br />review approval to construct an approximately 34,360 square foot, two-story <br />building located at 5200 Franklin Drive in the Center Park Business Park, subject <br />to the conditions shown in Exhibit "B," attached hereto and made part of this case <br />by reference. <br /> <br />Section 2. <br /> <br />This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage and adoption <br />unless appealed prior to that time. <br />
