Review of Semi-Annual Reports for FY 2022/23 Housing and Human Services Grant <br />(HHSG) Subrecipients <br /> <br />Recommendation: Review the Semi-Annual reports for FY 2022/23 Housing and Human Services <br />Grant (HHSG) Subrecipients. <br /> <br />Housing Manager Steve Hernandez presented an overview of the item advising representatives from <br />the eight (8) agencies that had received funds were in attendance to provide reports. <br /> <br />Chair Fischer welcomed agency representatives and requested they provide the semi-annual reports <br />on their projects for the period covering July 1, 2022 through December, 2022. <br /> <br />Reports on projects were received from the following: <br /> <br />1. Tri-Valley REACH, Pat O’Brien – Housing Preventative Maintenance & Repair <br /> <br />2. Habitat for Humanity, Jen Grey – Housing Rehabilitation Program <br /> <br />3. Goodness Village (report provided by Steve Hernandez) – Tiny Homes Community <br /> <br />4. Margie Rocha with ECHO Housing – Housing Counseling Services <br /> <br />5. CRIL, Michael Galvin – Housing & Independent Living Services <br /> <br />6. CityServe, Margaret Ann Fortner – Homeless Intervention & Crisis Stabilization Project <br /> <br />7. Centro Legal de la Raza, Samantha Beckett – Tri-Valley Fair & Secure Housing Project <br /> <br />8. Abode Services, Lakea Williams – Tri-Valley Rapid Housing Program <br /> <br />5. Update Regarding the Housing and Human Services Grant (HHSG) Review Process for <br />FY 2023/34 <br /> <br />Recommendation: Receive update regarding the Housing and Human Services Grant (HHSG) review <br />process for FY 2023/24. <br /> <br />Housing Manager Steve Hernandez presented an overview of the item commenting on the number of <br />housing-related applications submitted and the HOME and LIHF funding sources available.
