Approval of Annual Operating Budget for Ridgeview Commons for 2023 <br /> <br />Recommendation: Approve the annual operating budget for Ridgeview Commons for 2023. <br /> <br />Barcelon representative Sean Barcelon provided an overview of the 2023 proposed operating budget <br />for Ridgeview Commons prepared by Barcelon Associates and answered questions from <br />commissioners on the item. <br /> <br />Chair Galvin discussed with Housing Manager Steve Hernandez the possibility of a planned visit to <br />Ridgeview Commons for members of the commission. <br /> <br />Chair Galvin opened the meeting for public comment. There being no speakers, Chair Galvin closed <br />public comment. <br /> <br />Motion: It was m/s by Fischer/Renton to approve the 2023 proposed operating budget for Ridgeview <br />Commons. Motion passed by the following vote: <br /> <br />Ayes: Commissioners Fischer, Kripalani, Renton, Schempp, and Chair Galvin. <br />Noes: None. <br />Absent: Commissioner Chillinsky. <br /> <br />5. Appointment of New Officers (Chairperson and Vice Chairperson) for 2023 <br /> <br />Recommendation: Appoint new Housing Commission chair and vice-chairperson for 2023. <br /> <br />Housing Manager Steve Hernandez presented an overview of the item. <br /> <br />Motion: It was m/s by Kripalani/Renton to nominate and elect Commissioner Fischer as Housing <br />Commission Chair for 2023. Motion passed by the following vote: <br /> <br />Ayes: Commissioners Fischer, Kripalani, Renton, Schempp, and Chair Galvin. <br />Noes: None. <br />Absent: Commissioner Chillinsky. <br /> <br />Motion: It was m/s by Kripalani/Schempp to nominate and elect Commissioner Galvin as Housing <br />Commission Vice-Chair for 2023.
