MATTERS FOR THE COMMISSION’S REVIEW/ACTION/INFORMATION 4. Consider recommendation for Fiscal Year 2024/25 Housing and Human Services Grant Program Statement of Priorities and Evaluation Criteria Recommendation: Consider recommendation for Fiscal Year 2024/25 Housing and Human Services Grant Statement of Priorities and Evaluation Criteria. MOTION: It was m/s by Litz/Carlucci to approve the recommendation for Fiscal Year 2024/25 Housing and Human Services Grant Statement of Priorities and Evaluation Criteria with the following changes to Attachment 1 and 2: Attachment 1 – put the priority needs in alphabetical order. Remove Ptownlife.org from the last sentence. Attachment 2 – 2. b. is changed to, “The beneficiaries address an appropriate need.” 4. a. i. is changed to, “The agency and/or its principal leadership has an established track record of good performance. 4. a. ii. Is changed to, “The agency is fiscally and ethically responsible for its programs.” c. iii. – remove Ptownlife.org. Motion passed by the following vote: Ayes: Commissioners Bedegi, Carlucci, Cook, Dmitriev, Hayes, Litz, Chair Powers Noes: None Absent: Commissioner Rubino-Brumm The commission also discussed in concept that the minimum grant request for Fiscal Year 2024/25 should start at $3,000. Staff will consider this while developing a funding recommendation for the March 2024 commission meeting.
