Continued from November 7, 2023 - Introduce an ordinance to add a new <br />Chapter 9.06 Leaf Blower Restrictions to the Municipal Code to ban gasoline- <br />powered leaf blowers effective June 1, 2024, and waive first reading <br />17. Receive a presentation on revenue measure polling results and provide direction <br />for staff to engage in community outreach to further explore a revenue measure <br />18. Introduce Ordinances to amend the Municipal Code to: (1) Create a Housing <br />Opportunity Zone District; and (2) Create the Objective Design Standards Housing <br />Sites Compliance Review Process; and (3) Introduce 21 Ordinances to Rezone 21 <br />Housing Opportunity Sites identified in the 6th Cycle Housing Element to the <br />Housing Opportunity Zone District; and waive first readings <br />19. Receive an update on the development of a Water System Management Plan <br />MATTERS INITIATED BY COUNCIL <br />COUNCIL REPORTS <br />Brief reports on conferences, seminars, and meetings attended by the Council <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Notice <br />Under Government Code §54957.5, any writings/documents regarding an open <br />session item on this agenda and items received by the City Clerk’s Office by 12:00 <br />p.m. on the day of the meeting provided to a majority of the City Council after <br />distribution of the agenda packet will be available for public inspection on the City’s <br />website https://www.cityofpleasantonca.gov/ and also at the Pleasanton Library located <br />at 400 Old Bernal Ave., Pleasanton, CA 94566. <br /> <br />There is a 90-day limit for the filing of a challenge in the Superior Court to certain City <br />administrative decisions and orders, which require a hearing by law, the receipt of <br />evidence, and the exercise of discretion. The 90-day limit begins on the date the <br />decision is final (Code of Civil Procedure § 1094.6).
