<br />PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-97-19 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION REQUESTING THAT THE CITY COUNCIL ADDRESS <br />THE ISSUE OF GROWTH MANAGEMENT TO ENSURE THAT THE <br />CITY HAS A MORE ORDERLY PROGRESSION TO BUILDOUT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of February 12, 1997, under "Matters Initiated by Commission <br />Members," the Planning Commission agreed to forward to the City Council a <br />resolution stating the Commission's desire that the City Council address the issue <br />of Growth Management in such a way to ensure that the City shall have a more <br />orderly progression to buildout. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. <br /> <br />Requests that the City Council address the issue of Growth Management in such a <br />way to ensure that the City shall have a more orderly progression to buildout. <br /> <br />Section 2. <br /> <br />This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED THE 12TH DAY OF FEBRUARY 1997 BY THE <br />FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />Commissioners Cooper, Dove, Lutz, and Wright, and Chair Barker <br />None <br />None <br />None <br /> <br />Date: February 12, 1997 <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />~~ <br />peg~ <br />City Clerk <br /> <br />~ ~hA) <br /> <br />Debra BarkeIl <br />Chair <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br />9J~ ~L~, <br /> <br />Dennis Beougher <br />Assistant City Attorney <br /> <br />, I <br />
