<br />PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-97-18 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF THE SIGNATURE <br />PROPERTIES AND HACIENDA MARKETING AND SALES CORPORATION FOR <br />PUD DESIGN REVIEW APPROVAL, AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-8l-30-69D <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Signature Properties and Hacienda Marketing & Sales Corporation has applied for <br />PUD design review approval to construct a two-story, 48,000 square foot office <br />building located at 4670 Willow Road (Site 30B, within the Hacienda Business <br />Park); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) - I/C-O <br />(Industrial/Commercial-Office) MOIPD (Mixed Office, Research and <br />Development/Light Manufacturing Planning) District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its duly noticed public hearing of February 12, 1997, the Planning Commission, <br />considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits, and recommendations of the <br />City staff concerning this application; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposed project is within the scope of the Environmental Impact Report <br />prepared in conjunction with the PUD approval for the entire Hacienda Business <br />Park; therefore, no environmental document was prepared for this project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that the proposed project generally meets or <br />exceeds all applicable requirements of the design guidelines established for the <br />Hacienda Business Park, and that the proposed development would be an <br />attractive and compatible addition to the Business Park. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. <br /> <br />Approves Case PUD-81-30-69D, the application of Signature Properties and <br />Hacienda Marketing & Sales Corporation for PUD design review approval to <br />construct a two-story, 48,000 square foot office building located at 4670 Willow <br />Road (Site 30B, within the Hacienda Business Park), subject to the conditions <br />shown in Exhibit "B," attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. <br /> <br />Section 2 <br /> <br />This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage and adoption <br />unless appealed prior to that time. <br />
