<br />Resolution No. PC-97-14 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1 Recommends approval of Case RZ-97-0;X the application of the City of Pleasanton, <br />for a Planned Unit Development prezoning to the PUD (Planned Unit Development) - <br />LDR (Low Density Residential) Zoning District with a maximum gross density <br />approaching two dwelling units per acre for the approximately 34.5 acres of property <br />located at 2201,2207,2215,2221 and 2313 Martin Avenue, and 3547, 3711, 3737, <br />3747, and 3757 Trenery Drive. <br /> <br />Section 2.
