<br />; <br /> <br />PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-97-13 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION FINDING THAT THE PUD-LDR ZONING DISTRICT FOR THE <br />TRENERY DRIVE AND MARTIN AVENUE PREZONING, AS FILED UNDER <br />CASE RZ-97-0t, IS CONSISTENT WITH THE GENERAL PLAN <br />2 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton has applied for a Planned Unit Development Prezoning to <br />the PUD (Planned Unit Development) - LDR (Low Density Residential) District <br />of approximately 34.5 acres of property located at 2201, 2207, 2215, 2221 and <br />2313 Martin Avenue, and 3547,3711,3737,3747, and 3757 Trenery Drive; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its duly noticed public hearing of February 12, 1997, the Planning Commission, <br />after considering all public testimony, relevant exhibits, and recommendations of <br />the City staff concerning this proposal, recommended approval of a Negative <br />Declaration prepared for this application; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that PUD (Planned Unit Development) - LDR <br />(Low Density Residential) Zoning District with a maximum gross density <br />approaching two dwelling units per acre is consistent with the Pleasanton General <br />Plan. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. Finds that the PUD (Planned Unit Development) - LDR (Low Density Residential) <br />Zoning District with a maximum gross density approaching two dwelling units per <br />acre for the approximately 34.5 acres of property located at 2201, 2207, 2215, 2221 <br />and 2313 Martin Avenue, and 3547, 3711, 3737, 3747, and 3757 Trenery Drive is <br />consistent with the Pleasanton General Plan. <br /> <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON ON THE 12TH DAY OF FEBRUARY 1997 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />Commissioners Dove, Lutz, and Wright <br />Commissioner Cooper and Chair Barker <br />None <br />None <br />
