<br /> The Cily Council of the C~ty of
<br />Pleasan~on does hereby ordain as
<br />follows:
<br /> SE~IO,~ 1: The "Zoning Map of
<br />the City of Pleasanton, dated April
<br />18, 19,60" ~s adopted in .Section 3.3
<br />¢f Ordinance 309, designating and
<br />dividing the City of P]eas~nton into
<br />zoning districts, is hereby ~men~ed
<br />
<br />as follows:
<br /> Zoning Unit No. 13, as shown on
<br />map dated ,April 3, 1963, on file
<br />with the City Clerk, a copy of which
<br />is attached hereto as Exhi~bit A, and
<br />made a part hereof, shall designate
<br />the land use and zaning district of
<br />said lerritory.
<br /> SECTION 2. Said territory, and
<br />zone classification, as amended,
<br />consists of Annexation No. 21, l~oot-
<br />hill Road Annex "B", and is fur-
<br />ther described as follows:

<br /> area south of Bernal Avenue,
<br /> owned by the ~Vestern Pacific
<br /> Railroad.
