IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF TI~ CITY OF PLEASANTON STATE OF CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 361 ZONING UNIT NO. 13, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 309 (ZONING ORDINANCE) and "ZONING MAP" OF SAID ORDINANCE The City Council of the City of Pleasanton does hereby ordain as follows: SECTION 1: The "Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton, dated April 18, 1960" as adopted in Section 3.3 of Ordinance 309, designating and dividing the City of Pleasanton into zoning districts, is hereby amended as follows: Zoning Unit No. 13, as shown on map dated April 3, 1963, on file with the City Clerk, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A, and made a part hereof, shall designate the land use and zoning district of said territory. SECTION 2. Said territory, and zone classification, as amended, consists of Annexation No 21, Foothil Road Annex "B" · , and is further described as follows: I-P, INDUSTRIAL PARK; the area south of Bernal Avenue, owned by the Western Pacific Railroad. I-P, INDUSTRIAL PARK; the area south of Bernal Avenue, west of the Western Pacific Railroad, and east of the Arroyo de la Laguna, owned by the City and County of San Francisco. Zones as shown on the map and specified below, for the area south of Bernai Avenue, east of Foothill Road, and west of the Arroyo de la Laguna, as follows: 4.3 acres; C-C, COMMUNITY COMMERCIAL. 9.5 acres; C-N, NEIGHBORHOOD COMMERCIAL. 4.2 acres; C-O, ADMINISTRATIVE and PROFESSIONAL OFFICES 17 acres ; RG-25 RESIDENTIAL GARDEN APARTMENTS. RE-i, RESIDENTIAL ESTATES; the area west of Foothil Road, owned by Edwin Carter. INTRODUCED AND READ at a regular meeting of the City Counci on Monday, April 8, 1963.
