The project shall be constructed in substantial conti rmance with the development <br />depicted in the plans, Exhibit "A", dated "Received February 3,1997" on file with the <br />Planning Department except as modified herein. 'nor alterations may be approved by <br />the Planning Director if found to be in substantial c mpliance with this approval. <br /> <br />2.) That a final landscape plan shall be submitted to th Planning Director for review and <br />approval prior to the issuance of a building permit. <br /> <br />3.)
