Exercise caution when opening attachments or clicking links, especially from unknown <br /> senders. *** <br /> I'm writing to object to the egregious and unprecedented proposed water rate increases. <br /> Management, city council and the mayor have been negligent and irresponsible for allowing the water utility to get so out of control. <br /> I will do everything in my power to lobby against city council members and the Mayor, opposing reelection. <br /> I worked as an executive in the water utility business for 44 years and I have never seen such obvious incompetence and negligence by management. I would <br /> have been fired from my job if I had ever allowed the utility to get to this position. <br /> 1 <br />
