The applicant shall submit a final plotting plan showing the location of the different <br />model types within each of the three production-home neighborhoods for the review and <br />approval by the Planning Director prior to the recordation of a final map. This plan <br />should include the use of 20% single-story units within Neighborhoods Two and Three. <br />These single-story models shall be located on corner lots, with the remainder, if any, <br />dispersed throughout the neighborhood. <br />
