THE CITY OF <br /> pLE ASANTON <br /> MEMORANDUM <br /> Date: November 3, 2023 <br /> To: Mayor and City Council <br /> From: Gerry Beaudin, City Manager e6 <br /> Re: November 7, 2023, Item 5: Actions of the Zoning Administrator and Planning <br /> Commission <br /> Following the publication of the City Council's November 7, 2023, agenda the Zoning <br /> Administrator took action on the following: <br /> P23-0332, City Ventures <br /> Applications for Design Review (P23-0332) and Vesting Tentative Tract Map (P23-0605) <br /> approval pursuant to SB 330 to 1) demolish an existing motel; 2) construct a housing <br /> development consisting of 42 three-story townhome style condominiums ranging in size from <br /> approximately 1.400 to 2,150 square feet and related site improvements; and 3) Vesting <br /> Tentative Map. <br /> On October 30, 2023 the Zoning Administrator: <br /> 1. Approved the Design Review (DR) application, filed as P23-0332, based on the required <br /> findings and subject to the draft conditions of approval in Exhibit A <br /> 2. Recommended approval of Vesting Tentative Tract Map (VTM) 8676, filed as P23-0605, <br /> to the Planning Commission. <br /> 3. Found the 2023-2031 (6th Cycle) Housing Element Update Program EIR CEQA <br /> Guidelines Section 15183 Consistency Checklist for the Harmony Condominium project <br /> is adequate to serve as the environmental documentation for this project and satisfy all <br /> the requirements of CEQA and adopt the project specific Mitigation Monitoring and <br /> Reporting Program (MMRP). <br />
