IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 360 <br /> <br />ZONING UNIT NO. 12, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 309 <br />(ZONING ORDINANCE) and "ZONING MAP" OF SAID <br />ORDINANCE <br /> <br /> The City Council of the City of Pleasanton does hereby <br />ordain~as follows: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1: The "Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton, <br />dated April 18, 1960" as adopted in Section 3.3 of Ordinance <br />309, designating and dividing the City of Pleasanton into zoning <br />districts, is hereby amended as follows: <br /> <br /> Zoning Unit No. 12, as shown on map dated April 3, 1963, <br />on file with the City Clerk, a copy of which is attached hereto <br />as Exhibit A, and made a part hereof, shall designate the land <br />use and zoning district of said territory. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2. Said territory, and zone classification, as <br />amended, consists of Annexation No. 17, StanleyBoulevard Annex <br />'IA'? and is further described as follows: <br /> <br />RG-15, Residential Garden Apartments; the area north <br />of the centerline of Stanley Blvd., east of Santa Rita <br />Road, and south of the Western Pacific Railroad right- <br />of-way. <br /> <br />C-T, Thoroughfare Commercial; the area south of the <br />centerline of Stanley Blvd., east of Santa Rita Road <br />and north of the Arroyo del Valle. <br /> <br /> INTRODUCED AND READ at a regular meeting of the City <br />Council on Monday, April 8, 1963. <br /> <br /> READ AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Council of <br />the City of Pleasanton~ held on April 15, 1963, by the following <br />vote: <br /> <br />AYES: CO!~NCILMEN BU~ICS, rAIRO~ HARDING: LONG & MAYOR <br /> <br />NOES: NONE <br /> <br />ABSENT: NONE <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />HELEN WOODWARD, City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
