Resolution No. PC-2023-17 <br />Page Two <br />WHEREAS, at its duly noticed public meeting of November 8, 2023, the Planning <br />Commission considered the written agenda report, all public testimony, relevant exhibits, and staff <br />recommendations. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton, <br />based on the entire record of proceedings, including the oral and written agenda reports and all <br />public comment and testimony: <br />Section 1. Recommends to the City Council approval of Case Nos. P23-0607 and P23-0608, <br />the application of the City of Pleasanton for: (1) a Municipal Code Amendment to <br />create a Housing Opportunity Zone (HOZ) District; (2) rezoning twenty-one <br />housing opportunity sites identified in the 6th Cycle Housing Element (2023 <br />Housing Element) to this District as shown in Exhibit A, attached hereto and made <br />part of this case by reference; and (3) a Municipal Code Amendment codifying the <br />Objective Design Standards (ODS) Housing Site Compliance Review process, as <br />shown in Exhibit B, attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. <br />Section 2.
