<br /> <br />Planning Commission Minutes Page 1 of 2 October 11, 2023 <br /> <br /> PLANNING COMMISSION <br />MEETING MINUTES <br /> <br /> <br />Wednesday, October 11, 2023 <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER, PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE, AND ROLL CALL <br /> <br />Chair Pace called the special meeting of the Planning Commission to order at 7:00 p.m. from the <br />Remillard Conference Room located at 3333 Busch Road and via Zoom. <br /> <br />Chair Pace led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> <br />Commissioners Present: Commissioners Anurag Jain, Vivek Mohan, Stephanie Wedge, and Chair <br />Brandon Pace <br /> <br />Commissioners Absent: Commissioner Ken Morgan <br /> <br />AGENDA AMENDMENTS <br /> <br />CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br />1. Actions of the Zoning Administrator <br /> <br />Recommendation: Receive report. <br /> <br />2. P23-0556, Rajkumar Govindaraman, 1024 Serpentine Lane, Suite 112 – Application for a <br />Conditional Use Permit approval to operate a religious facility with no more than 25 participants at <br />one time at the existing building located at 1024 Serpentine Lane, Suite 112 <br /> <br />Recommendation: Adopt Resolution No. PC-2023-14 approving the application. <br /> <br />3. Approve the meeting minutes of August 23, 2023 <br /> <br />Recommendation: Approve the meeting minutes. <br /> <br />MOTION: It was m/s by Gaidos/Jain to approve the Consent Calendar, as recommended. Motion <br />passed by the following vote: <br /> <br />Ayes: Commissioners Gaidos, Jain, Mohan, Wedge, and Chair Pace <br />Noes: None <br />Absent: Commissioner Morgan <br />Abstain: None <br /> <br />MEETING OPEN TO THE PUBLIC <br /> <br />4. Public Comment regarding items not listed on the agenda. <br /> <br />Chair Pace opened the public comment. There being no speakers, Chair Pace closed the public <br />comment. <br />
