P23-0605, 2025 Santa Rita Road, Vesting Tentative Map - Application for Vesting Tentative <br />Tract Map 8676, a single lot subdivision for the purpose of creating 42 condominiums and common <br />areas. <br /> <br />6. P23-0607 & P23-0608, Housing Element Update (HOZ) - Applications for: (1) a Municipal Code <br />Amendment to create a Housing Opportunity Zone District and Rezone all applicable Housing <br />Project Sites identified in the Housing Element to this District; and (2) a Municipal Code <br />Amendment codifying the Objective Design Standards housing sites compliance review process. <br /> <br /> <br />MATTERS FOR COMMISSION'S REVIEW/ACTION/INFORMATION <br /> <br />7.
