Resolution No. 04-087 <br />Page 4 <br /> <br />to this meeting, with such changes therein as such Officer may require or approve, with <br />the advice and approval of the City Attorney and Special Counsel, such approval to be <br />conclusively evidenced by the execution and delivery thereof. <br /> <br />Section 11: <br /> <br />Other Acts. The Officers and staff of the City are hereby authorized and directed, jointly <br />and severally, to do any and all things, to execute and deliver any and all documents, <br />which in consultation with Special Counsel, they may deem necessary or advisable in <br />order to effectuate the purposes of this Resolution, including, but not limited to, any <br />matters relating to the purchase of a municipal bond insurance policy by the City and the <br />investment of proceeds of the Certificates, and any and all such actions previously taken <br />by such Officers or staff members are hereby ratified and confirmed. <br /> <br />Section 12: Effective Date.
