RESOLUTION NO. 23-1423 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON SETTING <br /> COMPENSATION AND AMENDING THE MANAGEMENT AND CONFIDENTIAL <br /> EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE COMPENSATION PLAN <br /> WHEREAS, compensation for the City's Management and Confidential employees, <br /> except the City Manager and City Attorney, is set forth in the City's Management and Confidential <br /> Employee Performance Compensation Plan; and <br /> WHEREAS, staff recommends the City Council authorize the City Manager to increase <br /> the salary control points for each Management and Confidential classification by 4.25 percent. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br /> RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER THE FOLLOWING: <br /> SECTION 1. Approves a revision to the salary control point schedule, effective <br /> September 2, 2023, for Management and Confidential employees, increasing the salary control <br /> points for each Management and Confidential classification by 4.25 percent, in Exhibit A. <br /> SECTION 2.
