CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1910 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON AMENDING <br />TABLE 15.20.180 OF SECTION 15.20.180 OF THE PLEASANTON <br />MUNICIPAL CODE CONCERNING SEWER RATES AND <br />CHARGES <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br /> Table 15.20.180 of Section 15.20.180 of the Pleasanton <br />Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as set forth on Exhibit A <br />attached hereto and incoq~orated herein by this reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: <br /> <br /> A summary of this ordinance shall be published once within <br />fifteen (15) days after its adoption in the Valley Times, a newspaper of <br />general circulation published in the City of Pleasanton, and the complete <br />ordinance shall be posted for fifteen (15) days in the City Clerk's Office <br />within fifteen (15) days after its adoption. <br /> <br />Section 3: <br /> <br />This ordinance shall be effective November 22, 2004. <br /> <br />INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Pleasanton on <br />October 19, 2004. <br /> <br />ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Pleasanton on November <br />2, 2004. <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />Council members - Ayala, Brozosky, Campbell, Hosterman, and <br /> <br /> Mayor Pico <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />TOM PlCO, MAYOR <br /> <br />Dawn Abrahamson, City Clerk <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br />Michael H.
